Cashew Cheese

This creamy and delicious cashew sauce is a fab dairy free alternative to Cheese sauce.

Ingredients

1 Cup Cashews

1 Cup-Plant Based Milk/ Water

1 tsp Nutritional Yeast

Seasonings: Himalyan Salt & Pepper Season to taste


  1. Soak Cashews overnight

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender

  3. Pour into a pan and heat on the hob at a medium heat for 5 mins

  4. When heated pour, Dip, Mix in your chosen food we chose to pour over broccoli with a sprinkle of Flax seeds.
