We have been wanting to try out this meal for a while and so happy we did.
Have a go and enjoy!
3 Tbsp Super fine Chickpea flour
3/4 Cup Plant Milk/Water
Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
1 small onion
Fresh herbs we used Chinese Chives
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Frying)
Tomatoes, Mushroom, Peppers or any other veg you fancy
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
Add water and mix well so that there are no lumps
Let sit for a couple of minutes.
Lightly fry onions until translucent on a medium height
Add fillings and spread out in pan
Pour mixture over
Cook until it starts to firm
Fold over and cook for
Garnish & Serve. Enjoy!
