Ginger, Chilli Greens
Greens with a kick
Ingredients
Chosen green vegetable. We used up what was in the freezer Marrow, Cho Cho and Broccoli
Knob Ginger
1/2 Cup Water
Seasonings
Salt, Pepper, Chilli Flakes too taste
Fry Green veg in a medium heated pan of waiter about 1/2 inch deep add more if it dries up so that the veg doesn't burn.
Once the veg has softened grater a thumb size knob of ginger, chilli flakes and stir.

Done!
Serve alongside a dish such as our Stuffed Aubergine.
