Lentil Quinoa

Follow the below recipe for this tasty side dish using our Lentil & Quinoa match.



Ingredients

1 Cup Brown Lentils

2 Cup Quinoa

2 Tsp Turmeric

3 Branch Fresh Thyme

Seasonings: Sea/Himalayan Salt, Crushed Black Peppercorn


Method

1. Rinse and place both ingredients into a pan. 2. Add Salt, Pepper,Thyme and Turmeric to mix 3. Cook according to pack instructions until soft 4. Once Lentil and Quinoa is cooked add Fresh spinach 5. Serve alongside your mains


Eat with hummus can be served a;lone or alongside other veg
