Ingredients
Jar
We re-used a 300g salsa jar
Bottom Layer
1 tbsp Sweet Freedom Choc Pot
Middle Layer
1/4 Cup of rolled oats
1 tsp Chia seeds
1/3 Cup of plant milk
Top Layer
1tbsp Peanut Butter (wholefoods, meridian etc)
1/2 Banana sliced into medallions
Sprinkle of Hazelnut, Pumpkin Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, Cacao nibs
Method
1. We layered the bottom jar with the Choc Pot
2. In a separate bowl we mixed the ingredients of the middle layer and spooned into jar.
3. Add the top layer and refrigerate overnight
Can be eaten hot or cold according to preference
