A sweet recipe takes no time to make and adds a delightful flavour to your dishes.
Remember to double the recipe if you need more!
1 Cup Medjool Dates (pitted)
1 tsp Salt or too taste
½ Cup Water
1. Pit dates
2. Soak dates in water for 10minutes
3. Drain half the water off
4. Add salt
5. Blend until smooth
*Add more water if needed to smooth
Can be eaten with fruit such as apples. Can also add to porridge.
We did with pears and chia seeds. Delicious
