Quinoa is great at absorbing flavours and this recipe is fantastic for a flavour boost.
Makes 2 Side Portions(increase recipe for more servings)
1 Cup Quinoa
1 Large Spring Onion
1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
Seasonings: Sea/Himalayan Salt too taste.
Wash Quinoa and follow pack cooking instructions
Add Smoked Paprika to cooking water and stir
Allow Quinoa to continue cooking
Wash and chop Spring Onion
Once Quinoa is ready add chopped spring onion
Yummy side dish!
