Smooth & Creamy Porridge

While looking in the oat tin I discovered leftover Oat flour instead of whole Oats.
This became a happy accident. The consistency was lovely and creamy.
Oats can keep you full for longer and packed with goodies.
1/2 cup Oat Flour see recipe here
Sweetener of choice : Maple Syrup/Agave Syrup/Coconut Sugar
To a small pan add ingredients
Cook on a low heat and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan!
Stir in sweetener
Add to a bowl with all your yummy toppings
