Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

250g Strawberries

1/4 Cup Water

1 tbsp Cocount Sugar

1/3 Chia Seeds


Method

  1. Boil strawberries on a mid-low heat for about 35mins

  2. The mixture will begin to resemble Jam texture

  3. Add Chia seeds and let boil for 5mins

  4. Spoon into a jar and let cool


Things to note:

  • Your kitchen will smell divine

  • The jam colour will change the next day. This is perfectly normal as there are no preservatives for it to retain a vibrant red colour. We promise you it will be just as yummy!
