Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
250g Strawberries
1/4 Cup Water
1 tbsp Cocount Sugar
1/3 Chia Seeds
Method
Boil strawberries on a mid-low heat for about 35mins
The mixture will begin to resemble Jam texture
Add Chia seeds and let boil for 5mins
Spoon into a jar and let cool
Things to note:
Your kitchen will smell divine
The jam colour will change the next day. This is perfectly normal as there are no preservatives for it to retain a vibrant red colour. We promise you it will be just as yummy!
