A tasty wrap combining different textures and flavours, making it a great snack or meal using BFree wraps which are free from wheat and dairy.
1 Sweet Potato
2 Small Beetroots
Pickled Red Cabbage
*Optional Spinach leaves
Seasonings Black Peppercorn, Himalayan Salt, 1tsp cinnamon
Peel and wash sweet potato
Cook until soft
When cool add to blender with beetroot and seasonings blend until desired consistency.
We liked to keep a bit of chunks to add texture.
Slice cucumber into sticks
Peel, Wash and grater carrot
Assemble the wrap
Smother hummus onto wrap
Leaving an inch space at bottom of the wrap
Add Spinach leaves
Spoon some of the sweet potato and beetroot mixture onto the wrap
Add Cucumber, Cabbage & Carrot
Fold the bottom of the wrap and roll
