Tomato Three Bean

This is a subtle tasting recipe using up some remaining dry beans


Ingredients

1/2 Cup Pinto Beans

1/2 Cup Kidney Beans

1/2 Cup Black Beans

1 Cup Plant Milk

1 Can Chopped Tomatoes

Seasoning: Salt, Pepper too taste


Method

  1. Soak beans for a minimum of 2 hours overnight if possible

  2. Boil in water

  3. When beans are half cooked add tomatoes and seasonings

  4. Continue cooking until beans until soft.

We served it alongside our Smoked Quinoa
