Turmeric & Lemon Tea for Cold/Flu

A winning mix to help prevent and fight off annoying cold/flu symptoms.

This is because Lemon provides Vitamin C and is an antibacterial.

While Turmeric is an anti oxidant with the anti inflammatory compound curcumin which also boosts brain function.


Ingredients

Unwaxed Lemon

Turmeric Powder


Method

  1. Add 2 slices of lemon to hot water

  2. Add 2 tsps Turmeric Powder

  3. Stir and let brew for 3 minutes

  4. Drink up at preferred temperature

Supercharge it by adding ginger!
