Turmeric Veggie Soup

For this recipe we grabbed all our left over vegetables and popped them into a pan


Ingredients

- x2 Carrots

- 1/2 Head Cauliflower

- 1 Broccoli Stem (Yes the stem!)

- 2 Cup Cassava

- 1 Medium Onion

- 2 Pints of Water

- Bunch Spring Onion

- Seasonings too taste: Thyme, Turmeric, Salt & Pepper


Method

  1. Wash & Chop all vegetables

  2. Add vegetables to the pan

  3. Add seasonings

  4. Leave to cook until vegetables are soft and flavours have fused.

Use any Veg that you have to hand!
