For this recipe we grabbed all our left over vegetables and popped them into a pan
- x2 Carrots
- 1/2 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Broccoli Stem (Yes the stem!)
- 2 Cup Cassava
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Pints of Water
- Bunch Spring Onion
- Seasonings too taste: Thyme, Turmeric, Salt & Pepper
Wash & Chop all vegetables
Add vegetables to the pan
Leave to cook until vegetables are soft and flavours have fused.
Use any Veg that you have to hand!
